AS CLUB became the foundation for the wider Axtan ecosystem, leading to the development of AS CLUB+, investor education programmes, research and analysis, financial brand partnerships, and new products for investors.

Pludata became the software product developed from the needs of the AS CLUB community. It extends Axtan’s work in financial education by giving investors a practical environment to apply fundamental analysis to their own research.

Dolux has become one of the first investments Axtan Capital has made in a fintech focused on fractional real estate for Portuguese investors. The project builds on a model already validated across Europe, where real estate crowdfunding has grown into a multi‑billion euro market, and adapts it to local regulation, language, and investor behaviour.

For Axtan, Dolux extends our work beyond education and content into product. It gives our community and the wider market a potential future way to access real estate with lower entry amounts, clearer information, and integrated money management, while remaining independent as its own company with its own founding team and governance.
